Real Estate
Olson & Seabolt PLC's real estate practice encompasses all aspects of real estate ownership, development and transfer – from the most straightforward residential purchase to the most complex commercial transaction involving layered ownership and multiple sources of financing. Our attorneys are familiar with all Vermont real estate title issues, as well as all Vermont permit and regulatory issues at both the State and local levels. Estate Planning

Estate Administration
Administering an estate can take various forms. Among these are probate proceedings and the management of assets from a trust. Regardless of the administration required in a particular case, the overall goal is the same: to marshal the assets, determine and pay appropriate bills, submit estate and/or income tax returns and work with the fiduciaries and beneficiaries to settle estate matters from start to final distribution to the beneficiaries. We have the detailed knowledge and experience necessary to conduct this work in an efficient and orderly manner, while at the same time being sensitive to, and ever-mindful of, the family’s loss.

Family Law & LGBTQ Matters
